How to Initiate a Purchase:

Our online store system is temporarily unavailable. Please email to biz@massisland.org: (1) your name, phone number, and mailing address; (2) which item(s) would you order, sizes (for clothing), and how many; and (3) how would you like to pay.

We currently accept Pay Pal or Zelle payment. Checks may also be mailed to the address provided by our sales representative.

What Happens Next: 

Our sales representative will reply to you in 2 days to finalize details on your order, accept your payment, and place the order.

For all merchandises, you may schedule a Zoom session with our sales representative to imprint your most favorite view(s) of our Minecraft server on your merchandise(s). You may also order item(s) looking exactly the same as the photo(s) on this webpage.

Shipping, Return, Refund:

Our sales representative will inform you of your shipping rate before your order is finalized. Shipping is free for orders above $50. 

You will receive your tracking number. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. If your order is not delivered within 45 days after payment, your payment will be fully refunded. We apologize for the longer-than-usual shipping time, and we hope you understand that great things never come easy~

Because all orders are customized, unfortunately we do not accept returns after purchase.
